Still to Play Sushi Cat?

By Alex Jones

Whether you like sushi bars or not, whether you have cats or love them, this game will change it all. You gonna love it! Sushi Cat Game was developed by Armor Games, one of the largest game developers for free, flash games today.

Sushi Cat Game quickly found fame and wide recognition among gamers around the world. Well deserved indeed.

Sushi Cat is a puzzle game. An extremely awesome, fun time-killer. What the player needs to do is to feed the cute little cat he controls with all the sushi in the world but to do that, he'll have to carefully drop the cat through a variety of labyrinths she has the bad habit bouncing in. It's a lot harder than it sounds as the game progresses.

This game will generate some strong emotions to old gamers, it very much feels like good, old puzzle games when simplicity and game-play was king. The graphics are simple but awesome, not that it really matters to most people, especially in the age of smartphones.

The main menu of the game is very basic. You can either start a new game or continue an old one. The other options you've got are to delete the saves and view the high scores recorder from around the world.

When starting a game, new or saved, you'll watch a really awesome flash intro, which you can skip of course. Then, you will come across a map displaying your current progress and through which you'll be able to select the level you want to play. You can go back and re-play old levels to get higher scores if you want.

Selecting the level you want to play will have the game start. You'll begin with 4 + 1 cat drops available per level. Each drop should be carefully studied in order to have the cat to land in the bottom box having the highest bonus points.

As easy as it may sound, it certainly isn't. You'll have to carefully pick where from to drop your cat for maximum results! The boxes bonus points will vary on every drop so make sure you pay attention to that. Getting your cat to eat all the sushi available will also offer you some bonus points.

When it comes down to Sushi Cat controls, they are the simplest you can find in an online game. You only move the mouse around and left click to drop the cat on the root you've chosen. On your right-hand side, you'll notice some basic controls such as the option to turn music off, go back to the level selection map, restart a level etc. You'll be able to check how many pieces of sushi are left on the board to plan accordingly. On your left-hand, you'll see your cat's belly; how full it is at the moment.

Your score is at the bottom of the screen, just below the boxes.
