An Analysis Review of a Good Laptop Computer Battery Test

By Gilang Aruga

I like the word free; I like it even better when it's actually true. When you are attempting to find a good laptop battery test there are many different things on the market that claim to essentially do just that but out of all those there are only two that are free. Out of those 2 jumps Battery Eater. It is a wonderful tiny downloadable program which checks everything about your battery online and on the computer.

When you've downloaded the program and open it up on your computer for the first time it will display a menu which is essentially actually simple to utilize and it basically exhibits the current battery usage and the status of the battery itself. If there are a few things screwed up with your PC it will not show that the battery is absolutely charged particularly if it's plugged in at the time and if it does well then you know where to start.

You can begin the 1st test when you disconnect the power cord suggesting that you will click the box that reads something like begin test when you have disconnected the AC connection, then when you are ready to really start the test you simply disconnect it either from the wall socket or from the PC immediately. It's actually your decision how you do this and then it will start immediately as quickly as it realises that you are not plugged in any longer. You can set it up in order that it does this each time the computer is unplugged, so you can keep consistent track of the computer.

Most laptops will boast that they have over 6 hours worth of battery time when you are unplugged but that is absolutely wrong especially if you are doing demanding things on your computer all at the same time. If you want a full laptop battery test by this programme you can turn it on before you go to bed after sundown because it needs a few hours to do the entire test.

When you turn on the programme to run make certain that you turn off the screen saver and other settings that would make the computer drop off or hibernation as a battery saver for most laptops because that can essentially skew the test results and then when you get up in the morning you can read the results which are actually very easy to read. It is a good free programme that will enable you to test the life of your battery.
