With the release of patch 4.3 new expansion: Mists of Pandaria, here comes some discussions on Mists regarding Pandaria wishlist. The new Warcraft expansion is successful to raise some discussions inside the adventure, drawing a line cleaning between those gamers who love the concept and those people who dislike it. Better yet, whether you like or dislike the idea of the, the loyal Blizzard fans have their own discussions on Mists of Pandaria wishlist that what the new expansion will bring to the beloved game life.
Not long ago, Blizzard has revealed the latest new feature-horses for Worgen which is added in 4. 3. Do you remember those swift steeds in which ferried you from A to B during the Gilnean starter quests? Those are going to be the racial mounts, but this isn't the end of Running Crazy. Blizzard clarify this point and explain fast that it was more to do with adding in more mounts than taking away an ability which fits in with the whole worgen mythos. However , Blizzard chose to use those lovely horses which roam the countryside rather than making worgen feel special by giving them a more unique mount. In other word, humans already ride quite similar searching stallions.
Running Wild works better for worgen. It fits in beautifully with the lore but it would have been nice if Blizzard had at least made the Gilnean mount something a bit more particular. Being a Worgen does not mean being human. It means that you play a character with a outrageous side, not about one that is human with a wolfy exterior.
Another thing to make the expansion worth playing is being a worgen that is as a playable race is one of the greatest parts of Catacysm. The worgen storyline took a bit of a nosedive and you actually had to roll Horde to get to the conclusion after the initial awesome starting experience. Gilneas was left totally a ghost land and the lack of NPCs or even skirmishes (outside of PvP) was disillusionary.
Why can't a Blood Elf opt to work for the Alliance, or a Human for the Horde, similar situations take place in real world all the time? To achieve this, player might simply complete quests to win reputation with the other factions, such as you might do with the Bloodsail Buccaneers. Allowing this would give a overall new sizing to the adventure. So as unlikely as it may be I'm crossing my fingers for faction changes that don't require a change of race in the next Warcraft expansion.
